Does the stack emission reported by the IECM are calculated based on net efficiency or gross efficiency? Also, the power usage of CO2 capture system incudes both the components  regeneration and the compression. So how to know the proportion of them in the total power usage by them in the power required by CO2 capture system.

Assuming you're talking about the Flue Gas Emission values on GET RESULTS: Stack: Stack Diagram, they are based on the amount of energy in the fuel. I did, however discover a bug in the calculation of equivalent SO2 and NO2 values, which will be fixed in our next release; the values in the Flue Gas table are correct. (Set result flow rates to "flow/BTU in" on CONFIGURE SESSION: Unit Systems to see values in the same units in the Flue Gas table.)

Regarding the power usage, the CO2 capture systems generally have a Summary table in their results that includes a breakdown of the power usage across components.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I was talking about the flue gas emission values on GET Results. It would be very helpful if the team could share the documents explaining the calculations and the stoichiometry equations used for the calculations of flue gas emissions.

The calculations are shown in section 2.3.2. "Air and Flue Gas Streams"  of the technical manual "IECM Technical Documentation: Pulverized Coal-Fired Power Plants and Air Pollution Controls", available in the publications section of our website (http://www.iecm-online.com).
