About model equations used for determining water withdrawal and water consumption

Dear Team,

Thank you for such a great open software. It is helping our research community a lot. I had couple of questions.

1. What are the model equations used to determine 'water withdrawal' and 'water consumption' in a coal power plant? 

2. What are the input parameters that determine the change in above quantities (of withdrawal and consumption)?
