Hi everyone -- our apologies for the unexpected meeting hiatus during
August. We had planned to have Luis do a session on ColdBox, but
scheduling issues arose that made this impossible. We have tentatively
rescheduled this for October, as Luis is on vacation for the next
couple of weeks.

Our September meeting is just around the corner, however, and we're
going to continue with the recent theme of hands-on workshops. Next
Thursday, September 10th, I will be leading a session that covers the
construction of a simple Model-Glue application.

In order to participate in the workshop, attendees will need to bring
a laptop with ColdFusion installed (version 7 or higher) -- we will
cover where to obtain the necessary frameworks and how to install
them. Anyone who would prefer to simply observe without participating
is also welcome, of course.

It may be possible to have workstations available with ColdFusion
already installed for people who do not have access to a laptop.
Please respond to this thread if you would like to attend, but do not
have a laptop available, and we will see if something can be arranged.

Ezra,

I will attend the meeting and will bring my own notebook/laptop.

Thanks,

Laksma

Thank you for confirming, Laksma.

Is there anyone else who is planning to attend? If so, please respond
to this thread before 4:00 this afternoon, as I need to submit a list
of names to the Cal Poly parking department in order to obtain parking
exemptions for Thursday.
