Please find below the details of the position:
Job Description:
• Responsible for the efficient running of entire manufacturing operations from Cut to Pack and ensuring on time deliveries.
• Ability to plan and forecasting requirements for new styles
• Daily analysis of production, efficiency, quality and other plant reports and provide direction to high profile teams consisting of staff from production and maintenance, Industrial engineering , quality and technical, merchandising and planning.
• The job involves putting systems in place for smooth functioning of the unit and training the staff
• Interaction with corporate office on daily /weekly and monthly monitoring reports and on critical production related issues
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to lead by example is highly desirable
• Should be detail oriented and be adequately exposed to every stage of garment manufacturing from patterns to final shipment.
The position is required to work in Bangladesh, accommodation is provided. The candidates must have a passport
