Define and Monitor Standard Work for Assembly line and Support activities using PMTS likes MTM, MOST etc. Work Standardization and Line Balancing depending upon Product mix requirements Support LEAN / Process improvement initiatives through systematic study and data analysis Qualification Experience in application of IE tools like Time and Motion study, Line Balancing / Cell design, PMTS (MOST) etc. Proficiency in Lean Concepts like VA / NVA, SMED, VSM, Flow / JIT Manufacturing, Kaizen Skills Thought leadership Good analytical ability and eye for details Working with cross functional teams Good Oral and Written communication, Technical / Report writing ----------------------------- Hope you are interested with this Opportunity.
