Wilmington (NC) Faith Leaders United - September 2025 through January 2026
The "Wilmington Faith Leaders United" group have met every other month since the Fall.
In September Reverend Richard Elliot presented on the subject of "Encountering God" with passage I.2.3 from Law of Ecclesiastical Polity by Richard Hooker.
In November Reverend Anne Abdy presented on the topic of "Prayer".
In January Reverend Jeffrey Ingold presented on the topic of "Mourning."
Common to all of the encounters was where to turn for language during challenging times, whether their own words meet the occasion or whether to lean into the liturgy. Also frequently mentioned is the difficulty of offering sanctuary and understanding to congregants when the leaders face their own challenges and burdens. Many noted that these dialogues have produced many thought-provoking subjects that they wished to include in their sermons. Also noted was their gratitude for a place to share and be understood by fellow faith leaders.

איחוד מנהיגי האמונה של וילמינגטון (צפון קרוליינה) - ספטמבר 2025 עד ינואר 2026
קבוצת "איחוד מנהיגי האמונה של וילמינגטון" נפגשה כל חודשיים מאז הסתיו.
בספטמבר הציג הכומר ריצ'רד אליוט את הנושא "מפגש עם אלוהים" עם קטע I.2.3 מתוך "חוק הממשל הכנסייתי" מאת ריצ'רד הוקר.
בנובמבר הציגה הכומרית אן עבדי את הנושא "תפילה".
בינואר הציג הכומר ג'פרי אינגולד את הנושא "אבל".
המשותף לכל המפגשים היה לאן לפנות למילים בתקופות מאתגרות, בין אם המילים של עצמם מתאימות לאירוע ובין אם להישען על הליטורגיה. כמו כן, הוזכר לעתים קרובות הקושי להציע מקלט והבנה לחברי הקהילה כאשר המנהיגים מתמודדים עם אתגרים ועול משלהם. רבים ציינו כי דיאלוגים אלה הולידו נושאים מעוררי מחשבה רבים שרצו לכלול בדרשותיהם. כמו כן צוינה הכרת התודה שלהם על מקום לחלוק ולהיות מובן על ידי מנהיגי האמונה האחרים.

تحالف قادة الإيمان ويلمنغتون (كارولاينا الشمالية) - ما بين أيلول 2025 - كانون الثاني 2026
اجتمعت مجموعة الزعماء الدينيون المتّحدون في ويلمنغتون كل شهرين منذ فصل الخريف. ففي شهر أيلول بحيث قدّم القس ريتشارد إليوت عرضًا بعنوان «ملاقاة الله»، مستندًا إلى الفقرة I.2.3 من كتاب قانون السياسة الكنسية ريتشارد هوكر. وفي شهر تشرين الثاني، قدّمت القسّة آن أبدي عرضًا حول موضوع «الصلاة». أما في شهر كانون الثاني ، فقد قدّم القس جيفري إنغولد عرضًا تناول موضوع «الحِداد».
وكان القاسم المشترك بين جميع هذه الحوارات هو التساؤل حول مصدر اللغة في أوقات التحدّي: هل تكفي الكلمات الشخصية للتعبير عمّا يمرّ به الإنسان، أم من الأفضل الاتكاء على لغة الطقوس والليتورجيا الدينية. كما طُرحت مرارًا صعوبة تقديم الملاذ الآمن والدعم والفهم لأفراد الجماعة، في الوقت الذي يواجه فيه القادة الدينيون أنفسهم تحدّيات وأعباءً شخصية.
وأشار العديد من المشاركين إلى أن هذه الحوارات أثارت مواضيع عميقة ومُلهمة للتفكير، عبّروا عن رغبتهم في إدراجها ضمن عظاتهم وخطبهم الدينية. كما عبّروا عن امتنانهم لوجود مساحة آمنة تتيح لهم المشاركة والتعبير، والشعور بأنهم مفهومون ومدعومون من قِبل قادة دينيين آخرين.
