Commemorating 60 years of Nostra Aetate- November 6th, 2025

Dozens of religious leaders and interfaith practitioners gathered at the Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center to mark 60 years since Nostra Aetate, the landmark declaration of the Catholic Church that transformed interfaith dialogue.

Together, we explored the origins and context of this document, its long-term impact on interfaith relations, as well as accomplishments and challenges of the interfaith dialogue field in the Holy Land, 60 years on.

We thank all our partners, speakers, and participants for creating an atmosphere of honest reflection and a shared desire to continue working towards bringing communities together.
