Dear Ozalp,
I hope you are fine.
I am at this moment preparing an application to Leonardo da Vinci, for traineeship of young graduates, and I am looking for companies to strenght and support the application. The involved areas are IT / IS, Health informatics, Accountancy, Taxation, Legal studies and Management.
And sundenly I remembered about your master students with whom we have developed the papers.
This way, I would be very grateful if you could contact them (or any other students you might have from companies) and send them my request to integrate our international network of companies.
The cooperation agreement does not imply that they are obliged to receive the placements, it is only a commitment with the creation of our international partnership, as you will see in the message bellow.
I would be very grateful if the ycould accept participating and send the cooperation agreement and the partner information sheet (attached).
Please find below the formal invitation and more detailed information about my request.
This is very urgent, because only today I remembered the possibility that you could help me, and I need to write and close the proposal until the end of the week.
Thank you very much.
Best wishes
Manuela

Dear Sirs,
We are now preparing our application to the next Call for the Lifelong Learning Programme - Leonardo da Vinci Sub-Programme - Mobility Action aiming to support the trasnational mobility of people available for employment (our recent graduates in this particular case).
Therefore, we would very much appreciate if we could count on your cooperation in order to successfully complete our application.
For this purpose, we are enclosing a letter of intent and we kindly ask you to fill in, print on your headed paper and return to us properly signed, as soon as possible, but no later than the 26th of January 2012. Please send it first by e-mail (
mcu...@ipca.pt) and afterwards by mail (address below – Campus of IPCA). We would also appreciate if you could fill in the enclosed partner information sheet.
Please consider that we are not requesting any blind compromise from your side to accept/host our trainees or find them placements. We are only asking you to be one of our partner organizations within the preparation of our Leonardo da Vinci application project which represents a requirement of the mobility programme, as some of you probably know. This letter does not imply any obligation from your side in hosting our trainees or finding a certain number of placements, but it is just a proof of support to our application and confirms that we have a committed and reliable partnership.
We hope we can rely on your valuable participation and cooperation.
In case you need any further information/clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Maria Manuela Cruz-Cunha
(vice president)
