Qualification:	M.Tech/ M. E in Mechanical Engineering with Design Engineering /Structural Specialization with minimum 3 Years of Experience. BE/B.Tech with minimum 5 Years of Experience ( Vibration/ Dynamics/Applied Mechanics)
Experience Details:	About 3 - 7 years experience  in structural analysis
Core Job Responsibilities:	Carry out Structural analysis, Review and Deliver projects, Manage resource for projects. Customer and Cross functional interactions. Technical Training and Mentoring of engineers. Train and manage contract resources  Participate and contribute in process improvements and Functional capability improvements Performance appraisal of team members
Required Knowledge and Skills:	Proven track record in providing Structural analysis solutions for Mechanical components and Diesel engine components/ subsystems to address structural integrity covering Stress /Vibration / Thermal / Fatigue using FEA and Durability tools. Expertise in solving nonlinear FEA problems is highly desirable. The candidate should have strong orientation towards quality processes. Experience in specific areas like NVH/Acoustics and MBD/Structural dynamics of power cylinder components /Crank train / Gear Train /Valve Train using GT S/W and Structural optimization will be an added advantage for certain positions.
