I think there are some guidelines in the acad section. Normally it is 12 point font and I would like you all to print double-sided so you dont waste paper.

Here spacing is given as 2. But double spacing looks very awkward. I am using 1.5 as of now.

No. We are not getting just B,Tech :(

and  despite his guide was from DoMS..it shall be Dept of Civil Engg at the bottom as the thesis is getting submitted at CE

How many copies of Thesis should we submit? Should it be colour print outs?

Oi, its like this

 A copy each for yourself, the guide, the department, and the examiner (and panel).

Last two could be the same.

Sum total- 3 to 4.

Unless you can convince yourself and your guide not to ask for a copy.
