Anyone has any idea about the question paper model? If anyone gets hold of a previous paper, please share.

I just talked to the TA reg the paper model. The paper which they had when he did the course was, he asked bits, true or false, 2 marks and 4 marks questions, and case study. The case study is based on the application of codes. He might also ask abbreviations, location of the clause in the codes (FIDIC and Indian Contract Act) or may ask something like "How does Indian Contract define "offer" as?"

So, for this, we need to be thorough with the acts. We will not have sufficient time to search for these in the exam.
