Paltalk is American Based.
They told me to pay by Paypal using verified address only additional
charge 6-95 Usdollars
or Western Union which is really expensive.
There telephone customer support is a joke its all Voicemail they never
ring back or email either
they have live agent text service similar to ebay.
Any Suggestions most appreciated.

Heidi

I have checked out the Webcam on Yahoo Chat I was told there was no
webcaming facilty on there I noticed they do not use voicechat there
either kind of boring very:) but thanks anyway.
Paltalk will not take my Non US credit card I am totally creditworthy
too they want me to present them with photo id my credit card company
have said that they are looking for too much information and its up to
them the bank to detect fraud, the other alternatives they give to pay
is Paypal a extra 6-95 Usdollars processing fee or Western Union very
expensive .
This is crazy as if I turn out to be a fraud they can always stop the
service they are not sending me a product in post.
Another thing I noticed with Paltalk was there telephone customer
service no ones ever there they just say to leave a voicemail message
which I did tel number and email never got a reply.
They refuse to give me the Ceo of Paltalks name to lodge a complaint I
really think I would be better off without a company like that.

I spent some time on PalTalk about 5 or so years ago, and I have
never met a more racist, bigoted, and retarded bunch of
peoploids in my life. As to the owners, their fascist policies
and total lack of service match their users' level of
intelligence.
Oh, and by the way, death to webmail and chatting in general.
What the hell, death to the web already.

Thanks for the link, I love stuff like that.
"Instant messages" can all be read not only by sys admins but by
any 12 year old with a little hacking knowledge.
Be aware that privacy no longer exists. You should approach just
about everything you do on the web - especially mail, chatting,
etc. (Usenet is considerably more private, but nothing is fully
so) - as subject to Big Brother's scrutiny at all times.
Google for "Echelon" - ALL e-mail is scanned for key suspect
words and a lot of it is read, and Google is storing all Usenet
text messages and causing massive lawsuits stemming from what
used to be a fairly private forum for exchange of ideas and
opinions. I don't even want to think of what gmail is doing.
It's like Stalinist Russia or the former East Germany where
listening to phone conversations, opening mail, and reporting on
your neighbors and friends (in some cases, spouses) kept food on
the table for hundreds of thousands of government employees and
"helpfuls".
