마케팅본부 (정직원)	- 학사학위 이상 소지자	- 신입 및 3년 미만의 경력사원 - 기졸업자 혹은 2012년 2월 졸업예정자 -바로 입사 가능한 자(2011년11월 중순~12월초)

Role & Responsibility

A. Brand management: Building sales via profitable brand growth

• Deliver shipments, sales, share & profit goals (short term & long term)
• Manage daily business operation & financials
• Responsible for delivering forecast within authorized budget for specific brand

B. Consumer marketing: Project Leader of Brand initiatives

• Develop communication strategy and plans to build brand equity based on deep customer/ consumer/ shopper/ competitor understanding
• Develop brand holistic marketing plan to increase consumer/ shopper purchase intent to brand
• Develop multi-brand marketing plans with retails to establish win-win business model (i.e. alliance) based on the knowledge about shopper/retails

 

Key Requirements

• Multi-functional leadership as a project leader
• Basic business analysis: Market/ Competition analysis & Consumer/ Shopper Understanding
• Consumer value/ pricing strategy
• Holistic Communication Strategy/Plan Development and Execution (Advertising/ Media/ Promotion/ PR/ In-store/ On-line/ OOH/ Alliance)
• Brand budget/financial management

• 2차 필기시험 (10월 28일 예정)
