Selectivizr doesn't work on HTTPS

I am using selectivizr on a site I am building and it works on all pages which are HTTP, but it doesn't work on pages which are on HTTPS.

I know that selectivizr won't work cross-domain, but the css and js are still on the same domain here, so why would this not work?
