Selectivizr on IDN domains

Just thought someone could find it useful: Selectivizr doesn't work well on IDN domains, as IE's document.location returns the non-punycode-encoded URL, while the CSS files are embedded using the punycode-encoded URL. This causes Selectivizr to think they're on a different domain and therefore not fetch them. A simple fix can be done by adding an <base href> tag with the punycode-encoded URL.
