Strange shift of the whole page on IE7

Hello,
I'm having troubles with a side effect of selectivizr... I really need
my :last-child and :first-child to work properly, and it does on IE8
now that I've set up the script.
However, on IE7, the whole page shifts to the right. As in : all the
elements with a floating parameter suddenly appear to have a magical
margin-left of 70% at least.

What do you make of it?
