Issue in MTE graph generation in version 1.5.1

Hi,

 I built the Multivariate Transfer Entropy (MTE) graph using IDTxl last year Jan. But when I try to create the same graph for that dataset, it throws some error with "knn" module. The error is attached in the mail.

I have installed the latest version from the git link:

! pip install git+https://github.com/pwollstadt/IDTxl

Please check the issue as my work has stuck over here.
