How parameters effect the size of network?

Dear developer,

Thanks for your amazing work! I'm not clear how 'n_perm_max_stat', 'n_perm_min_stat', 'n_perm_omnibus', 'n_perm_max_seq', 'max_lag_sources' and 'min_lag_sources' influence the size of inferred network by 'JidtGaussianCMI'.

I found that 'max_lag_sources' effect the size of network significantly. But I cannot find more documents about these parameters? For my cases, I want to find as more as possible connections in network, though I know that mTE prefers to find minimal network. Would you give me some suggestion?
