Extracting X&Y Coordinates from Numpy

Hello, 

I am trying to track motion in a square, and want to get average distance +sd from a side of the square. I have an excel to do this using the XY values for each subject and each frame. I was wondering how I could extract XY values for each fish at each frame (identities don't matter) from the numpy file.
