Hello everyone, i'm using a rectangle fish tank to observe my fish movement.

After trying the original code provided in GitLab, i noticed that the zebra fish experiment was performed in an arena. However mine is rectangle. i think my figure result is abnormal.

So i wonder what should i do to make the figures meaningful, edit the code?use a round ROI? or even change my experiment settings?

Thank you very much for your suggestions, and here are my current figs.Figure_1-2.pngFigure_3-1.pngFigure_1.pngFigure_4.png

Hi,

The trajectory analysis in this idtrackerai_notebooks repository in GitLab are examples of how one could analyze this data. So the analysis are not general, they weren't build to work with any kind of trajectory but to serve as a teaching platform.
You'll have to modify and adapt the code, or writing your own, to extract the data you want from your specific kind of trajectories.

Hope this helps,
Jordi
