How to use idtrackerai_video

Here is my error,and I don't how to solve it.
Wish someone can help me.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like your session does not have the trajectory files there. This probably means that the session did not finish successfully.

The tool idtrackerai_video only works for successfully tracked sessions which present the trajectory files in the session_folder/trajectories.

Could you double check that your tracking finished without errors and, if this is the case, that the trajectory files are there? Also, please update idtrackerai to the latest version that we released today to see if it fixes the problem. Contact me again if it's still not working.

Besides you asking about detailed methods for exporting processed videos, you'll find all the information in our documentation. Ask me in in...@idtracker.ai if you have any other questions :)
