Hi
I am able to run tracking of rat and mice using idTracker, but unable to generate data after tracking.
The text file is displaying some error, can anyone tell me how to read the analyzed data.
I want to analyze path length, acceleration in different time bins over a period of time. I would appreciate if you can provide step by step procedure to get that data.
