I am trying to use this software and after running for 10-15 minutes I receive this error message. Thanks

Probably means there is a problem with the video. quality too low, video too short, individuals being tracked not clear enough, background not different enough from individuals, etc. 

Could also be a problem with the tracking parameters. could try changing tracking parameters and running it again
