idTracker not responding when it arrives at Identification process

Hello all,

I am using idTracker to analyze a group of 8 zebrafish, but so far I am not able to have any result because everytime I try to run it it gets stuck in the beginning of the Identification part (0%) and the app crashes (not responding). I already tried it with 2 different videos, in 3 different computers, lower the references, thus I think is not a computational problem... I am using .mp4 video format, can this be the cause? 
Any help would be very much appreciated!
