Please advice, if any group member can help.
Whether goods imported by buyer(under advance licence) can be directly sent to customer's (on whose order goods were imported) address from Port.
If yes, what is the logistics procedure and forms involved.
in such a case, what is the implication of CST/Vat.

Dear Mr Vijay,
 
It is mandatory to send the goods on the factory  address mentioned in the advance license. So, please check the address of factory is of customer / supporting manufacturer or own factory. Thereafter , other things will be done accordingly.
