Dear Sir,
Good Afternoon.
My Clients are small e-recharge Dealer of Telecom Company. Now I am stuck to calculate the GST Liability of these Dealer.
Please analyse the transaction between the e-recharge Dealer (“the Dealer”) of Telecom companies such as Airtel or Reliance Jio (“the Company”) and the Retailers.
The Dealer purchases talk time of Rs. 1,09,349/- against the payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Company. Extract of the Invoice is as under:
|
| E-Recharge Voucher (Rs. 1,09,349*0.7712) Rs. 84,328.46
CGST Rs. 7,589.56
SGST Rs. 7,589.56
Total Value inclusive of tax Rs. 99,507.58 | |
The Company is raising the Invoice of Rs. Rs. 99,507.58 only instead of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
Now the Dealer sold the talk time of Rs. 1,06,500 on payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- to his Retailers. Remaining 2849 talk times are profit of these Dealer. The Company is also given monthly commission to these Dealer.
The Dealers are also provide mobile banking business of Telecom Company. For such services they also received the Commission (without GST) from the Company.
Now, the Query is that how the Dealers would discharge the GST Liability on sale of e-recharge and Commission received for Banking Business of Telecom Companies.
