We are looking for candidates with 8 years plus of experience for the position of Content Director/Head. Salary is NOT a constraint.

Job Profile: Content Director/Head - Reporting to Managing Director - Job Location : Kolkata R&D Center

 

* You will be a part of the General Card Team which manages the General Cards (more than 16 Categories namely Love , BirthDay, EveryDay, Friendship et al) of our premier website which runs on Multiple servers hosted across the Globe on Linux platforms.

 

* You will be heading the General Cards Team which includes Team Leaders & Team Members of Artists (Sketch & Cartoons), Copywriter, Music Team, Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Visualizer et al.

 

* You will be responsible to ensure that the e-cards matches user requirements and expectations, thereby delivering the required card count growth.

 

* You will be overall responsible for delivering the touching e-cards by providing proper guidance amd creative inputs to your team.

 

* You will be responsible for generating necessary reports, analysis and strategizing based on the same.

 

 

Skills Required : The mail skills and knowledge required are as follows:

 

+ Experience - 8 years plus

 

+ Should have extensively worked as Creative Head/ Director/ Mentor/Lead.

 

+ Working exposure in US/America would be an added advantage.

 

+ Should have excellent leadership qualities with high energy level and spirits. Must have caliber to keep the team's motivation at high level.

 

+ Should have excellent knowledge of American Cultures, Emotions, Behaviour, Likes & Dislikes.

 

+ Should be able to meet the company card count target delivering awesome and touchy e-cards.

 

+ A background in behaviourial sciences (Phsycology, Sociology, Anthropology) will be an added advantage.

 

+ Must be a positive thinker and have an ability to make impossible things possible.
