Hi,

As I performed peakcalling with MACS2 callpeak and the --call-summits option, I was wondering whether you recommend to use the --use-best-multisummit-IDR option or not? The guidance says to use this option with care so I wasn't sure. What are the main advantages and disadvantages of including/not including this option?
