meaning of the IDR output plots

Hi,

I'd be glad if anyone could provide a basic overview of what the .ps file produced by the IDR is showing.

Apologies if this was somewhere in the documentation and I've missed it.

Take a look at this IDR-basics documented compiled by Qunhua. It will introduce you to all the types of plots and also provide an intuitive explanation of IDR. In the IDR plots, 

- the left most (top and bottom) correspond to 'correspondence curves using all peaks from both replicates'. See the 101 document for what the correspondence plot is.

- the middle (top and bottom) correspond to 'correspondence curves' using only matched peaks (i.e. peaks that are present in both replicates) from both replicates

- The rightmost plot is the IDR vs peak rank plot i.e. the IDR scores as you go down the ranked list of matched peaks (ranked by their inferred IDR scores)
