I really think the right one went home tonight but to be honest i
think she should have never been in the top 12 to begin with. I think
she had a very strange voice. It is funny sometimes what people like.
I went to work today and was talking Idol with my boss and (He likes
the young kid that sang Angie) I do not like him at all as a singer
but i seem to be the only one. I am a rolling stones fan so i knew
this week would be hard for me. Angie is one of my favorite songs and
i thought he sang it horrible last night and the judges loved
it....yuck. Back to my boss....He loves classic rock and so do I and
he said"I thought that Tim was horrible last night singing"Under my
thumb"...Well....i kindof liked it and so did my husband and my boss
was mad....He said the whole time he was thinking of how i would hate
it. I didn't for some reason.
I must say that David Cook was great as usual...I love that guy
way too much. I can't wait for his new cd. I am gonna send you one of
his new songs that i like....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUIiO1JykQs

Brenda, I definitely agree the right person went home. Lacey was a
sweet girl but her pitch was a little off most of the time, and I
think Katelyn should have made it into the Top 12 over her. I also
didn't think Tim was the worst on "Under My Thumb." It reminded me a
lot of the kinds of performances Jason Castro did on Season 7 and he
never really got that negative of a critique compared to Tim. I think
he will stick around at least one more week, maybe two. I actually
thought Aaron was overrated on "Angie" and I was again really
disappointed in Andrew once again.

As for Cook, he really did give a great job last night, especially
compared to the two other performances. I can't wait for his new album
to come out, it should be great!
