A new release of the IDO-core ontology was created on 8/1/2014.

The PURL http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ido.owl now points to this release.

Changes include:
  1. Removed BFO 1.1 snap/span class URIs and namespaces from ido-external.owl, ido-external-derived.owl, ido-main.owl, ido-base.owl, and ido-obsolete.owl
  2. Added support for BFO2 classes. 
  3. Added term 'human pathogenicity disposition'
  4. Revised definition of 'infectious disposition' and 'infection'
  5. Fixed some typos and minor fixes in comments
Following OBI, this release transitions to BFO2 class via the classes-only.owl slim. IDO core will transition to temporized relations of the full BFO2/RO2 when consensus is reached to do so in the OBO Foundry.
