IP Diblok untuk akses SMTP google yahoo,

All,

pernah ngalamin IP public di blok untuk ke SMTP google yahoo hotmail?

ada yang tau cara nge releasenya g? 

Sempet server mail kita kena spamming SMTP relay dari szbaoyun.cn, akibatnya mail server jadi berat. di cek memang ke blok

                   

Mohon sharingnya agar mail server dapat normal kembali.

Halo,

Ini common problem smtp yang account-nya kena hijack / open relay.

Silahkan masuk ke website masing-masing RBL dan disana ada informasi cara untuk delisting IP tersebut.

Step pertama, bersihkan yg menyebabkan relay.

Step kedua, kalo ada akun yg ter-compromise, ganti passwordnya.

Step ketiga, hapus semua queue email spam.

Step keempat, nunggu seharian, cek apakah masih ngirim email atau belum. 

Kalau sudah turun trafik emailnya, baru request untuk di delisting.

Biasanya tanpa request juga otomatis delisting.

Untuk bloking nya sudah hilang. Tapi email jadinya masuk spamnya gmail , untuk yahoo dll aman.. ada yg pernah ngalami sering masuk ke spam apa masalahnya ya? Kali SPFnya sudah pass statusnya.

topik hangat nih, saya juga mengalami hal yang sama, karena server pernah kena hijack jadi broadcast kirim email ke gmail sampe ribuan.

untuk kirim email ke gmail saat ini sudah bisa, tapi pengiriman email selalu masuk spam. padahal mail server sudah mengikuti saran troubleshoot dari google, untuk SPF,DKIM, DMARC bahkan sampai PTR nya juga sudah resolve.

apakah bisa kita request delist ip ke google?

Belum tahu apakah ada metode untuk delist dll-nya. Karena sepertinya cuma melihat dari history.

Sudah solve, untuk percepatan ganti IP outgoingnya, sambil menunggu ip sudah lepas dari blacklist.
