The frozen site https://idlastro.gsfc.nasa.gov/ for the IDL Astronomy library will soon be shut down, but it has been archived at https://asd.gsfc.nasa.gov/archive/idlastro/
The GitHub site https://github.com/wlandsman/IDLAstro is preferable since, in principle, it could still be updated. (I no longer have access to IDL though, so that updates will be rare.
