Revised Rate- for Christmas Program

Dear Friends,

 

Greetings of the day.

IDK works and takes decisions as per the likes and thoughts of its members.

 

Now as the committee has approached members to collect funds for the Christmas Celebrations, the covering letter included along had a clause as below:

·       Even if any of the members will not be able to make it for the function, they will have to bear the charge of KD 5.000 as mentioned above.

And Suggestions have come that those who are not participating are ready to pay but would like to exclude the food expense. As as result of such a thought , the Executive committee has decided that the amount be reduced. So as per revised rates, Those members who will not be there for the Christmas celebrations need to pay only KD 2.500.

 

So while collecting funds, cordinators kindly note the same.
