IDK General Body Meeting on the 23rd January 2013.

Hi IDK ,

 

Over the past few months IDK has been going through some tough time. There has been some changes in the positions held in IDK.

 

Mr.Dinesh Kumar Vasudevan has submitted his resignation from the position of Treasurer IDK on the 30th of December 2012, reason being the non co-operation and disturbing behaviour from some of the IDK members. The position of TREASURER is quite a responsible one but some of our members don't seem to value that.To elect a new Treasurer we had held a Committee meeting on 8th of Jan 2013. Out of our 12 Executive committee..  only 7 members came in for the meeting as scheduled. And of those 7 members nobody was willing to take up the responsibility.

 

I have also submitted my resignation from the position of President IDK on the 8th of January 2013. Further decisions  need to be taken in presence of all Members.

Thus committee has decided to call for an Emergency General Body Meeting on 23rd of January 2013, at Ebeneezer Auditorium  near Anwar Supermarket, Abbassiya  from 5:00pm to 7:00pm

 

All 61 members are requested to attend the meeting.

ITS IS VERY IMPORTANT and COMPULSORY.
