My name is Greta and I am posting for a friend who does not have a
computer. She is newly diagnosed and is supposed to use oxygen except
when sedentary. The company, Lincare, has not been helpful in
educating her on usage and has brought tanks to her home which have
not worked. Is this beginning trouble par for the course?

My name is Jo and I also have pulmonary fibrosis and also get my
oxygen from Lincare and my delivery person is extremely helpful is
showing how to use the oxygen and what is available. I would call
Lincare and let them know you need help. Using Oxygen is fairly easy
and straight forward but does require some attention. Does your
friend have a condensor or just tanks. If you let me know I will see
if I can help some.
