IMS will print the CLAT/"why do law" leaflets - you need to get it custom-made for Orissa (as the ones we had had the Bangalore centres' phone numbers). But the current template can be used. Contact Aditya Paranjape (have given you his number) and tell him to put you in touch with the IMS head for Orissa. Apart from this, they printed aptitude test papers and also bought us stationery for each paper (a pencil, sharpener and eraser).

You need to carry these documents for your visit to KIIT:
1. ppt on law as a career option and IDIA (this is a new ppt made my Astha and aakarsh).
2. brochures of NUJS, CRC brochures and some Clifford Chance brochures. (these should be distributed to the students for them to have an idea about NLUs and show them to parents.
3. Take along a handout on CLAT and distribute it to every student. (the copy I am attaching is the old one. Im sure there is someone working on making an updated version of this now, though I am not aware who exactly is doing it.)
4. copies of aptitude test.( I dont have the final copy of the test. Avisha can give it to you.)
5. Concept note

Regarding the IMS tie-up: we have an arrangement with them whereby they will provide classroom coaching to as many students we send to any centre of IMS in any city. This includes providing study materials, mock tests etc. Therefore, for eg. if you select 20 students under your Orissa chapter and they are all from bhubaneshwar or any other city where IMS has a functional centre, these students dont have to be trained by IDIA volunteers. IMS will provide the necessary classroom coaching to them.
However, to the best of my knowledge, the MoU with IMS does not mention any provision for printed question papers, bookmarks etc. If you can give me time till tomorrow, I shall contact Rajneesh and find out what exactly the IMS Centre at Bhubaneshwar and Cuttack can provide us.
I have attached a draft version of the MoU which I had with me. I am not certain whether it has been signed, or signed in the same format as attached. Kindly look into that. The scheme of the arrangement with IMS however, is more or less what I have mentioned.

I wanted to know everything about the support we would receive from IMS under the agreement i.e. Whether they will provide us with printed question papers of the IDIA aptitude test, whether they will provide us with brochures, bookmarks, etc. IMS bangalore, as I know had provided these but I wanted to know everything under the agreement.

Moreover, we would be visiting KIIT Law School, Bhubaneswar and NLUO, Cuttack, this weekend to kick start the local chapters there. Can someone kindly pass on the materials that we need to carry along for introducing IDIA and training the volunteers. Please send all the documents including brochures, ppt, fundraising, concept note, etc.

Please feel free to provide any suggestion regarding same
