the final battle are set differently; wereas breaking dawn 2 ensues a battle at the last couple seconds (wich turns out to not be real) it also has very bad visiual effects the decapitations, flying, and baby renessamae. on the other hand deathly hallows part2 starts on the action right away leading to an epic war between the thousands of voldemorts followers and the army of good witches and wizards as well as the stakes being higher (bella looses=they die harry looses= the wizarding and normal worlds die) and the characters that die leave audiences heartbroken while BD2 only 1 person dies and the ending actually happened in HPDH2.
