Double-Postings

I know iDevBlogADay has been running out of steam lately. Still, it was instrumental in getting me to post frequently, same day every 14 days. It made me very disciplined about my posting schedule. So earlier this year I challenged myself to get to the top spot in the authors list, it seemed no longer so far-fetched, especially with most top authors no longer posting or just very infrequently.

Until recently Markus Nigrin held the top spot, but from one day to the other Alexander Okafor overtook him by 6 posts, just like that. That must be a system error because his last post was back in March. Although when I recount, I get to over 4 pages with 10 posts each, so it seems sound. Maybe the list was wrong before that? Either way, several authors (including myself) have several double-posts, I don't think they should be counted.

Anyway you could look into this and provide a fix? Maybe a reset, recounting all posts and removing double posts (same title, same day). That would be great.

And while I'm at it … why is iDevBlogADay running out of steam? Anyway we can push it some more again, bring back its previous glory?
