iDev Meeting Tuesday 29th

Hi All, 

This year we're gonna change things up a bit with the iDev group. Instead of meeting at Jade, we'll meet at a local watering hole for a cool beer and a yarn. 

Suggestions for venues so far are:
  • Black Betty's
  • Pomeroys
  • Monday Room 
Please reply with your venue of choice - and we'll meet there 6pm next Tuesday.

I'd like to thank the team at Jade for letting us use their meeting room for the last 2(?) years! It's been awesome.

I've been to both Black Betty's and Pomeroys, but not on a Tuesday night so can't really say which would be best. We can always try one this month and the next month another?

I might vote Black Betty's this time just because it is less of a walk from work ;)

Hi guys I'm sorry I've just realised that I can't actually make it on the 29th, I forgot that I had already booked in then and the following Tuesday with some other arrangements.

Will have to catch up with you all next month :)

I'm afraid it's me that's going to have to apologise - won't be able to make tomorrow - too much stuff to sort out with the Insurance.

Hi everyone,

I'm Pete. I write web apps mostly (in a variety of languages), and I've just started learning iOS development. It's awesome to see there's an active group here in Christchurch.

I'm interested in coming along and hearing what you all have to say, especially to a newbie.

Not sure if I'll make it tonight, but if I do it'll be some point after 6.30pm.
