Lawyers with International & Technology Expertise?

Hi All,

I've been approached by a reputable company from the States, who want to work with me to develop some software that incorporates the majority of the work I have done on an existing app.   Does anyone here know a good lawyer used to dealing with international contracts and licensing/transferring rights to software? 

Pomeroy's on the 30th, anyone?

Hey mate,

That sounds interesting!! Sorry no lawyer advice but just want to say take care. But I guess you already are by asking for lawyers. Have read a lot of cases where the overseas workers (you) have not been paid or you loose ownership of your code.
