Error in DEG analysis

Hi,

I'm working with RNA-seq and I'm trying use the iDEP.90 to do the analysis. However I have got error message in DEG analysis ("An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.").

How could I fix it? Could you help me?
