Getting systematic IDs from GO/PFAM/INTERPRO output

Hello, no idea if anyone still pays attention here, but I was wondering if there is a way to get the systematic IDs out of IDEP for GO analysis. For example it just says this:

Down regulated 1.44E-57 91 organonitrogen compound metabolic process

when really ideally the output would be more like:

Down regulated 1.44E-57 91 organonitrogen compound metabolic process [GO:1901564]

Can this be fixed for all the outputs in pathway like INTERPRO and KEGG IDs?
