Is raw .D file conversion to mZXML file possible using IDEOM?

Hello,

After installation of R and Proteowizard, is the conversion of raw .D data file  to mzXML file possible by IDEOM or how do I proceed with the processing step.

Hi,

Since I was not able to perform the .D to mzXML file conversion step as per the the Ideom.xlsb instructions, I have now converted the same using MSConvert. However when I wanted to select the folder containing the converted files to perform step c) to run XCMS to pick peaks and convert to peakML files or step d) i.e. to run the MZmatch to combine data and annotate peaks it asks me to choose executable files. Hence kindly suggest which executable file I need to select.
