Submission issues on TIRA + another deadline extension

Dear all,

Currently, submissions on TIRA may hang due to a system error. If
you had the submission via Web UI showing the progress
indefinitely, your submission is very likely received, but the
evaluation system hangs. The TIRA admins are working on the
problem and it should be resolved soon. Once the problem is
fixed, we will run the evaluations manually and let you know.

However, we also decided to extend the deadline to *May 20*
(anywhere on Earth) similar to the ValueEval task. You will
receive the scores of your submissions by May 22. Please note
that the paper submission deadline is still *May 31*. To prepare
your system description in a short time, you can already check
paper submission instructions from the CLEF organizers at
