Detailed job description –
Constantly track the JIRA tickets, as they are the source for RM and CM to start working on the information provided by the AO’s
Once we have the RM ticket for EX: 001, the ticket is analyzed for the activity to be supported, this means every release will have a specific activity classified broadly under RM (content available in Confluence page on RM)
CM team need to take care of the information on support teams to be associated with this activity as well as the approval groups associated
CM and RM team closely tracks the approvals, and makes sure the support teams deploy the tasks
