[DG-IDoT] Moving Identity of Things DG to archive

Hi everyone - due to lack of a leader and work items, the Kantara Leadership Council has voted to archive the Discussion Group.

Staff will be moving the wiki into the 'archived groups' space and removing the various emailers and web site links.
