Hi all,
I have idempiere version 5 running on an ubuntu 18 server. Today I changed the system to enable native sequencing in the system client and now cannot log back in. I get the following error
any ideas please?
Error: : org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation "ad_session_sq" does not exist
Position: 16

Thanks in anticipation

Hi Carlos,

hope you're well?

No I didn't run the process  :-/
Is there a way to do that given that I can't get in to the application at the moment?
And yes 5 is old - it's a little test set up I've left running to reference when I'm brainstorming :-)

Thanks again

Crispian

Hello,

I'd recommend to execute the following database query before (re)starting the service:

update ad_sysconfig set value = 'N' where name = 'SYSTEM_NATIVE_SEQUENCE';

Hi Saulo,

Thanks for the help -  managed to get it going after a couple of attempts.
Took a full reboot to take effect.

Thank you again

Regards

Crispian
