why some windows/tables doe not contain document type and document no.
for example:
Bank/cash statement
i added document type and no. because i want to unify all transaction windows then i will create a view contains all transactions in standard view so the user can see unposted and posted documents grouped by document type and also i want create some rule based on document type so for example may be x user when open bank/cash statement see only bank statement document or no document so he can not save.

so what is the impact of adding document type in the following windows for example?
1- Bank/Cash window --> 'CMB' , 'CMC   -- bank statement , cash journal , and also i will split this window to two windows one for bank statement and another for cash journal for usability and security.
2- Inventory Move  --> martial movement
3- View Allocation --> Payment Allocation
4- Matched PO --> MXP (doc type base)
5- Matched Invoices --> MXI (doc type base)
