Might be unrelated, but when accessing the wiki, I'm getting the following error

You need to set $wgReCaptchaPrivateKey and $wgReCaptchaPublicKey in LocalSettings.php to use the reCAPTCHA plugin. You can sign up for a key here.

I assume that it's due to you change in human verification provider (also known as capchas).
